My closet safe had an electronic lock and the batteries died. The safe has a backup key lock but I did not have the keys. It was a double tumbler lock. Dan had it open in a few minutes, then said he could repair the key lock and cut me 2 new backup keys for $50, so I could keep using that safe. Good deal!

Basicly my key broke in half inside the lock. I was at work so we had some tools to use to get it out. Took my 2 broken pieces to Ace Hardware to see if they could fix it but they didn't even want to touch it. What a bunch of wussies. But they did refer me to Pro Tech. They were very nice and copied my key in a timely manner. Now I can drive home 40 miles today and only be short $6.00 from my pocket.
